Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites Cancun

It was very pleasant time in Cancun. Loved our 5 nights here.

Well, Wi-Fi connection was slow.

We had standard twin room, hotel was fairly clean, check-in was good.

I stayed here for 4 nights and loved my choice. In short, the room was cool, had extremely comfy bed, spacious bathroom.

The staff was accommodating and affable, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with lots of food.

We loved the hotel, it was cosy and fairly clean. The breakfast was incredible, amazing with omelette or pancakes and omelet, for instance. The location was favourable, relatively close to Cancun Center.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was very clean.

Everything was perfect, had a COMFORTABLE stay for short time. The rooms were with a queen size bed, we loved it.

The hotel is clean and has spacious rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds.

All in all, it's quiet place that has fairly friendly staff with the manager.

Our stay here was perfectly pleasant, handy base for exploring Cancun. The room was brand-new with 2 double beds. We were in the best possible location at a near distance from Cancun Convention Center.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Cancun. I visited a beachfront restaurant and loved the Mexican meals they offer.

The breakfast was fine, the pool was clean, the beds where comfortable. The service was fantastic and the stuff were polite too.

This well-maintained hotel was really clean. The rooms with a comfortable decor. Good food for breakfast, liked it. The pool was lovely too.

This is a relaxing and clean property with lovely location and rooms.

Stellar and spotless place. We liked our room, it was inviting. Terrific staff, they were ready to help. Located close to restaurants and bars.

I had a such wonderful stay and would stay here again. I enjoyed staff and location and perfect bed. Nice garden and amazing pool. It was a fairly quiet area, an incredible base for me.

Tidy room, excellent co-operating staff, heated pool. Fairly large suite and soft bed. The restaurant is great, nice service. It has variety of meals to offer, all in all the food is cheap!

the weather was warm, had really amazing stay. breakfast with freshly prepared eggs, hot items, omelet. location next to - restaurants and the beach.

Good breakfast, generally clean room and modern bathroom. Staff were ready to help and kept it all spotless. The gourmet restaurant was excellent, superb service. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Mandala Nightclub.

Not very good views from the window.

Best staff, big room, in general I loved this homely hotel. WiFi and TV set in the room, super location. Nice hot breakfast with lots of food options. A clean beach, marvellous view. It had excellent swimming pool too.

This hotel has pleasant enough staff, warm breakfast, absolutely fabulous and great rooms. Spotless and boutique property in a really lovely location.

Lovely view, nice bar - everything was terrific. Room was individual and welcoming, I appreciated it. Friendly check in and amazing service. The stay at this unique hotel was a nice one.

The breakfast was tasty and the beach bar was a plus. The bed was nice and it was great having Wi-Fi and TV set. Spotless and lovely little hotel in Venue district.

We recommend it as we had an enjoyable experience here.

Staff were extra nice, the location was prime, the bed was cozy. Room was nice size and had an original design. There was an affordable restaurant, stores and a market next door;))

It had a beachside restaurant. We liked our good sized room. There is a beautiful garden.

Hotel was great. We appreciated our king suite. The location was perfect and the staff here was attentive. We would stay here again on our next trip to Cancun.

Meals in hotel were fantastic. There were free WiFi and air conditioning. The property had a great location in Cancun.

all the personnel was friendly. we were able to visit avenida kukulkan that was adjacent to the hotel. 20 minutes drive to the airport.
